We have used Jack numerous times and have also recommended him to friends and family. We have a slate roof that suffered storm damage and developed a leak; Jack was able to thoroughly investigate, carry out the repair, and also spot a failure in the sealant on our extension, which he sorted quickly. The property is now completely wind- and watertight again.
Jack also improved the water run-off on our flat roof and repaired leaks in our old metal guttering. More recently, Jack renewed our decking and we couldn’t be happier with the result. He is a young tradesman who takes real pride in his work, which was completed to a very high standard.
Jack is polite, professional, and really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. He kept the area tidy throughout the work and carried out a thorough clean-up afterwards. All work was completed at very competitive rates. Highly recommend.
